We are on the lookout for a great Customer Onboarding Specialist!

Customer Onboarding Specialist enables customers’ immediate success by structuring and facilitating their unique onboarding experience. Customer Onboarding Specialist educates new customers, provides insight and tailored problem-solving techniques and ensures smooth adoption of our product and services.

He or she must obtain a strong relationship with our customers, providing them with the necessary info and support throughout the onboarding process.

In a nutshell, the main goal of a customer onboarding specialist is to make customers excited about our product and deliver an amazing customer experience.

At Hunch you will:

  • Provide key pointers and contextual help for customers
  • Organize and manage onboarding sessions and follow ups
  • Establish strong relationships with new customer stakeholders and deepen relationships with existing customer stakeholders
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business and operational objectives
  • Be in charge of creating a solid onboarding process and ensuring customers achieve the “Aha!” moment smoothly and frictionlessly
  • Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the onboarding process
  • Own the process of expanding and enhancing Hunch knowledge base

We think you are a good fit, if you:

  • Possess 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer onboarding or similar customer-facing function
  • Possess decent industry knowledge (MarTech, AdTech) to provide key pointers and contextual help for customers
  • Have advanced knowledge of social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Are highly empathetic, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help our customers reach their goals
  • Have a results-driven mentality, with a bias for action and collaboration
  • Are able to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into insights
  • Have strong spoken and written communication skills in both English and Serbian

It would be nice if you have:

  • Advanced knowledge in content and video creation
  • Basic Photoshop skills
  • Hands-on experience in running social media campaigns
