We are on the lookout for a great Customer Success Associate!

Customer Success Associate will gain vast knowledge about our growing book of business, outcomes leading to renewals and expansion, along with advocacy across a portfolio. This role acts as a link between customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering). Customer Success Associate strives for each client full potential enablement and evolvement.

At Hunch you will:

  • Become a specialist in the Hunch platform and social advertising in general so as to be able to continuously solve problems for customers and provide best practices and consultative advice
  • Build and foster strong relationships with customers as well as partners like Facebook
  • Be the voice of customers to inform our sales process and product roadmap
  • Collaborate effectively across teams including Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering
  • Help the company build a world-class Customer Success organization, help win and retain customers, and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
  • Develop the ability to professionally and comprehensively share your knowledge within Hunch, as well as across Hunch client portfolio/with our clients

We think you are a good fit, if you:

  • Possess 1 year of relevant experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing function
  • Have a basic knowledge of social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Highly empathetic, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help our customers reach their goals
  • Have a results-driven mentality, with a bias for action and collaboration
  • Have strong spoken and written communication skills in both English and Serbian
