HR Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Intern to assist our People & Culture department with recruitment and other HR-related tasks. This internship provides a professional experience that will guarantee your personal and professional growth. At Hunch you will:

  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing methods
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Contact active and passive candidates as well as interview interested candidates
  • Screen potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
  • Update company databases by inputting new employee contact information 
  • Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Assist in the planning of company events and other office duties
  • Prepare and send rejection letters or emails to candidates
  • Assist in coordinating new hire onboarding
  • Assist in the creation of reports on the HR-related process when required

Step 4 – Interview with the Head of the department gives you an opportunity to learn who you will be working with directly and on what project you’ll be involved in greater detail.
