Office Manager

We are looking for an organized, cheerful Office Manager to join us at Hunch! If you are a people person ready to take control over our daily tasks and schedule, help create a positive company culture, and above all keep our office afloat, we’d love to meet you!

At Hunch you will:

  • Manage day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement company policies
  • Organize operational onboarding of new personnel, pertaining to policies, procedures, equipment, etc
  • Assist in employee branding, training, and evaluation
  • Issue procurements of goods and services, order supplies, and maintain inventory levels
  • Setup inventory management process
  • Negotiate and draft contracts, monitor implementation and act as an interface for all vendor relations
  • Interact with suppliers, answer questions, and resolve issues
  • Manage employee and guest access, security, safety, inspections, and code compliance
  • Prepare offices for meetings
  • Organize company relocation, renovation, offsites, and team buildings
  • Manage process around design, production, and delivery of Company Swag, gifts for customers and partners
  • Manage all Post office, ad-hoc shopping, submitting documentation to government institutions, legal, and finance external partners
  • Assist in facilitating an overall positive employee experience through ongoing operational support

We think you are a good fit, if you have:

  • 2 years of proven work experience as an Office Manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
  • Bright and radiant personality
