About the role:

The Product Marketing Manager drives product positioning, messaging, and launch activities for the Hunch to grow market share and achieve explosive growth. This role will be a fundamental member of the marketing team and will be integral in the creation of messaging and positioning, competitive differentiation and shaping multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness and generate demand. You will play a key role in helping the Hunch develop a rich understanding of our market, compelling positioning for Hunch within that market, and strategies for capturing that market via product, partnerships, and sales enablement.

Essential Functions:

  • Industry & Market Research – You’ll become a subject matter expert, with in-depth knowledge of our offerings, client personas, competitors, and partners through primary and secondary research. You’ll then educate and enable our team on market requirements, trends, and competitor capabilities.
  • Positioning & Messaging – You’ll work to refine our product category and Ideal Client Profiles, developing positioning and messaging for key personas and rolling it out to the Inhouse and extended Hunch team in ways that motivate internal and external adoption.
  • Product Launches – In alignment with the product team, you’ll identify “launch-worthy” product updates and manage launches as the integral liaison between product, marketing, sales, and channel. You will take the lead on messaging, collateral, awareness, distribution, and adoption.
  • Product Resources & Sales Enablement – Beyond product launches, you will create and maintain core sales and customer success materials to reflect the key user insights, competitive intelligence, and messaging you are championing. We think you are a good fit, if you:

  • Have 2+ years of B2B product marketing/product management experience
  • Are a strong writer and communicator with a background in hands-on management of content creation (decks, demos, help and blog articles, datasheets, emails) Translate your product’s features into human-centered benefits that resolve pain points by utilizing a value proposition canvas
  • Are knowledgeable in martech/adtech technology and advertising space
  • Are a great communicator. You can take technical products and complex ideas and make them simple, powerful and consumable
  • Demonstrate the ability to create customer-facing content and messaging that resonates
  • Have solid customer relationship skills enabling development of products that meet market needs
  • Are a self-starter with the ability to prioritize, implement, and champion products
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
