Technical Support Associate assists our customers, using support and chat applications to give our clients quick answers to all questions and doubts regarding our platform and its usage. This role serves as the first point of contact for our customers helping them use the full potential of the Hunch platform. Technical Support Associate’s goal is to ensure a smooth experience for our customers through great support as well as efficient troubleshooting.
At Hunch you will:
- Provide direct support via HubSpot and other communication channels (Slack, email…) for Hunch platform global clients
- Provide troubleshooting and tech support services to external clients and internal teams
- Resolve advertisers’ issues and identify product bugs
- Identify and document product areas of improvement
- Contribute to improving support activities and process
- Use support tools (HubSpot, Full Story, etc.)
- Process and discuss product feedback to the product team
We think you are a good fit, if you:
- Have a minimum High School diploma, IV level
- Possess 1 year of work experience in Customer Support or similar roles
- Having prior experience in technical support in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Have great communication skills and strong client orientation
- Have strong written and verbal English language skills
It would be nice if you have:
- Prior experience or interest in the online marketing domain
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Fluency in any additional languages
