Technical Support Specialist provides enterprise-level assistance to our customers, using support and chat applications to give your clients quick answers to all questions and doubts regarding our platform and its usage. This role serves as the first point of contact for our customers helping them use the full potential of Hunch platform. Technical Support Specialist’s goal is to ensure a smooth experience for our customers through great support as well as efficient troubleshooting.
At Hunch you will:
- Provide direct support via Hubspot and other communication channels (slack, email…) for Hunch platform global clients
- Provide troubleshooting and tech support services to external clients and internal teams
- Resolve advertisers’ issues and identify product bugs
- Analyze, reproduce and document platform bugs
- Manage support activities and process
- Manage support tools (Hubspot, Full Story etc)
- Process and discuss product feedback to product team
- Contribute in building knowledge base
We think you are good fit, if you have:
- Minimum High School diploma, IV level
- 2+ years work experience in Customer Support or similar roles
- Prior experience in technical/product support in a customer-facing role
- Great communication skills and strong client orientation
- Strong written and verbal English language skills
It would be nice if you have:
- Prior experience or interest in online marketing domain
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Understanding the basics of APIa and API testing tools (Postman etc)
- Fluency in any additional languages
