About Hunch
Hunch is a fast-growing platform transforming how brands and agencies execute paid social campaigns. With a strong inbound engine, we’re now scaling a modern, account-driven GTM motion to drive predictable, scalable revenue growth.
This role sits within the marketing team, and marketing owns pipeline generation at Hunch. We are looking for a Demand & RevOps Manager to build and execute a new way of outbound and RevOps, ensuring that marketing and sales are fully aligned to maximize revenue growth. You will be responsible for driving pipeline through outbound marketing, optimizing GTM strategy, systems, and analytics, and automating workflows for efficiency. We are looking for a marketer with media experience who is highly tech-savvy, able to set up automations, workflows, and AI-powered systems.
This role is critical in building a modern, account-based GTM approach and revenue operations, integrating cutting-edge tools, AI, and data-driven decision-making to scale our outbound efforts.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Outbound Demand Generation & GTM Execution
- Own outbound marketing campaigns, ensuring pipeline generation for the sales team.
- Execute multi-touch outreach (email, LinkedIn, targeted ads) to engage high-value accounts.
- Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics to increase engagement and conversion.
- Manage account research, tiering, and enrichment to improve outbound effectiveness.
- Optimize messaging and targeting through A/B testing and data insights.
2. Revenue Operations & Sales-Marketing Alignment
- Align marketing & sales by ensuring focus on high-intent, high-fit accounts.
- Create a feedback loop between sales & marketing to optimize playbooks and workflows.
- Establish lead qualification, routing, and tracking processes to improve efficiency.
- Automate workflows to improve efficiency for the GTM team.
3. CRM, Automation & AI-Powered Workflows
- Own and improve our GTM tech stack, ensuring tools like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Phantombuster drive efficiency.
- Automate and optimize lead nurturing, intent signals, and data enrichment workflows.
- Maintain and refine CRM & MAP systems (HubSpot) to meet evolving needs.
- Ensure data hygiene and process automation across sales and marketing teams.
4. Revenue Analytics, Reporting & Forecasting
- Track key revenue KPIs (pipeline contribution, meetings booked, SQLs, MRR impact).
- Develop dashboards & reports for sales, marketing, and GTM teams.
- Deliver executive-level and board-level reporting on revenue performance.
- Improve pipeline forecasting, lead scoring, and qualification processes.
- Own revenue forecasting & planning, ensuring pipeline & forecasting accuracy.
- Support sales process optimization & playbook development.

What We’re Looking For
✅ 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, outbound marketing, or RevOps.
✅ Hands-on experience with CRM & automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
✅ Strong data and analytics skills – ability to measure performance, iterate, and improve.
✅ Experience setting up outbound workflows, automation, and AI-powered prospecting tools.
✅ Familiarity with ABM, GTM strategies, lead scoring, and pipeline forecasting.
✅ Ability to write concise, engaging messaging for outbound campaigns.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Understanding of paid media & content strategies to amplify outbound efforts.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS & account-based selling.
- Knowledge of AI-driven prospecting and personalization tools.
- Comfort with experimentation, A/B testing, and rapid iteration.
