How Adwise enabled location-based dynamic prospecting for SPAR’s job ads using Hunch
Time-consuming campaign setup causing bottlenecks in job sign-ups
For a big company like SPAR that needs a lot of staff, it's really important to show the right job ads to the right people. Otherwise, if they're not targeted properly, it could cause many hours invested in manual work, such as sorting through CVs that don't fit what's needed.
Dynamic product ads are increasingly important for recruitment within Meta. While setting up dynamic retargeting based on pixel data has been possible, there have been difficulties in configuring a dynamic campaign to show job openings in specific locations using an XML feed. Adwise worked with Hunch and successfully overcame these challenges by utilizing our Automated Campaigns solution.
Streamlined workflow with Hunch’s Automated Ads, and Feed Mapper
Having everything prepared in the feed was the first step to automating the entire campaign. Uploading the feed in XML format into Hunch and creating an automated catalog with it really opened up a bunch of possibilities for setting up a smarter, fully automated campaign.
"Hunch's feed mapper reads each item in the feed as a line, allowing us to create multiple ad sets corresponding to each job location. Hunch then organizes the vacancies under their appropriate locations, so we don't have to worry about matching vacancies with specific locations." - says Zoë Koedam, Social Advertising Marketer at Adwise.
Additionally, using filters available in Hunch, Adwise could create different Product sets. In this particular case, they created a product set containing all vacancies for food service employees. By leveraging Hunch's feed mapping feature, Adwise was able to create a highly targeted and fully automated recruitment campaign.
From 6.5 hours to just 45 min for pinpoint ads accuracy
Pushing the "food service employee" vacancy to over 20 locations used to require manual setup, taking 20 minutes per location and totaling a workload of 6.5 hours. Zoë states, "Working with Hunch has reduced this time to just 45 minutes, significantly streamlining the process." The only remaining necessary step after implementing this workflow is populating the feed with new location data and syncing it so that the new ad is incorporated into the campaign structure, making this process automated.
