Evensi for Business is an Evensi service designed to help event organizers reach new audiences and promote their events on Facebook. Launching event promotions on Facebook and Instagram as ads for all of Evensi customers was an ambitious task. The process of promoting up to 500 daily customer events, creating ads, and launching them is a labor intensive and time-consuming effort. Evensi partnered up with Hunch to automate and scale the event promotion process using automated ads.

Together with Hunch, Evensi built an automated event promotion process without any additional engineering and implementation costs for Evensi. The seamless integration between Evensi and Hunch, helped the Evensi team to streamline event promotions at scale. Evensi is now able to launch hundreds of customer event ads on Facebook and Instagram without adding any additional resources to manage the process.

The combination of a lightweight, in-house setup and Hunch’s technology drastically reduced the amount of manual work required to launch and maintain campaigns. Hunch automation allowed Evensi to launch the majority of event promotions automatically while enabling the Evensi team to intervene in custom cases.
