To ensure Nordbutiker's marketing team could confidently use the enhanced functionalities and optimize their advertising efforts effectively, we provided hands-on training sessions to get them familiar with the new platform.
Hunch Onboarding is divided into logic steps as you normally use the platform when you first log in.
The onboarding process starts with asynchronous preparation, which involves authorizing ad accounts, creating a Hunch space for the client, and connecting them to the platform. This is then followed by an official kickoff meeting where we collaborate to set success criteria, establish a timeline for the upcoming period, and address the most common questions. This meeting is attended by our Customer Success Manager and the client's team.
After that, two additional sessions are held:
- Creative session: During the creative session, we provide a step-by-step walkthrough of our creative capabilities, covering both image and video capabilities.
- Media session: In the media session, we walk through our campaign management capabilities in detail, highlighting the nuances between Meta Ads Manager and the Hunch interface.
