The new font management, creative review, and sync log were popular requests from our customers, so we rolled up our sleeves and gave them a makeover. All three updates are designed to give you a boost and improve the overall Hunch experience.
An easier font management
With the new font management system, you can upload multiple fonts or even entire font families at once. The system automatically sorts fonts into families and styles based on file data, keeping everything organized regardless of inconsistent file names. You can now spend less time managing fonts and more time focusing on your creative work.
A better Creative review
The updated creative review process ensures you maintain control over your catalog-linked creatives. You can quickly check that your audience sees the right visuals with accurate information. When you spot an issue, you can mark the creative for revision, sending it straight to the “Under Review” section. This eliminates unnecessary back-and-forth communication and helps your team address any issue efficiently.
Sync log
No matter how hard we try, mistakes can happen, especially when working with large catalogs with thousands of products. So when they happen it’s important to have an easy way to track and resolve them.
The new Sync log simplifies troubleshooting and keeps your campaigns running smoothly. When errors occur from large catalogs you can use the Sync log to identify and fix the problem quickly. This feature gives you a clear path to resolving issues, so you can focus on delivering impactful campaigns without disruptions.
