What's new: Studio widgets

70% of a campaign’s ROI comes from creative, and the most successful advertisers focus on that, investing in efficiency and effectiveness. Studio widgets are designed exactly for this purpose. They allow you to create effective creative, efficiently. We’re aware that you’re usually dealing with a load of data, which can make designing each visual a truly painstaking process. 

Why is it important?

With widgets we make it easy to showcase all sorts of messages to propel purchases, like discounts, savings, and countdown timers for the promo period, all at the product level. It even lets you turn your BAU creative into a promotion-focused one during a period you specify.

Before, communicating these messages meant setting up several different layers, dynamically connecting them with the values from the catalog, and enabling all the conditions, which, to be honest, wasn't such an ideal process, especially when dealing with many templates and product catalogs.

Now, all this can be done with a single click by selecting the widget you want to display and defining the value to trigger a widget, or a value above which a certain widget will be visible on the creative.

1. Percentage off (Discount) Widget

Percentage off widget helps you to drive sales by displaying the percentage discount from the original price to the sale price.The option to add dynamically changing discounts has been available in Hunch for a while now, but we wanted to make it easier to do this without having to set up conditions, just let Hunch set them up for you!

2. Savings Widget

The savings widget highlights savings in real-time and shows how much customers save when they shop now.This is similar to communicating discounts, but you can’t always know what will be a better trigger. Some people see the value in realizing how much they would save, while others love to see the percentages. 

Over the last year we have seen an increase not only in the performance of the percentage off element, but also in communicating how much your customers would save if they buy the product now! And it follows the same quick and easy method as the percentage off does. Just add your layers to the widget and let Hunch set the conditions and everything else up for you!

3. Countdown

The countdown widget helps you boost urgency and FOMO by showing how many days are left on the offer.To do that, simply add a countdown timer to show how much time is left in the sale, by defining the start date (date from which a countdown will start) and the end date (date on a countdown will end). This is a proven tactic that keeps your deals top of mind and your conversions high.

4. Schedule widget

The schedule widget switches your BAU to promo templates and back, on your schedule. This is one of the coolest widgets to use during the high season such as Black Friday. You don't want to turn off your BAU templates during BF. You don't want to switch on your laptop at 23:59 on a Thursday night just to turn on a BF template, so simply schedule a template using the Studio widget.

It allows you to set a template that will only be visible at certain times or on certain days that you set. This will save you time and keep you ahead of the competition, especially as you won't have to manage every new ad.
